Locally you can recycle electronics free of charge at the McKinley County Transfer Station on Hassler Valley Road in Gallup (863-5776). They are open Monday through Saturday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
You can recycle alkaline batteries, servers, monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, fax machines, phones, and small appliances (if it runs on batteries or a cord you can recycle it). Also, solar (PV) panels if they are working/reusable can be recycled. Old, heavy, glass TVs are NOT recyclable.
